Are free past performances available online through my wagering account?
Yes. Many Brisnet.com Past Performances (PP's) and Insider Picks & Power Plays are FREE-With-Bet* products. When you download any FREE-With-Bet product and place a wager on the track/date through our website, the product is free.
If, for some reason, you do not wager on the racecard of a FREE-With-Bet product, your wagering account will be debited the regular product price and you will not receive a refund. Once a “Free-With-Bet” product is downloaded, any applicable debits/credits to your wagering account are normally applied within 24 hours of the wagering pools being opened. Harness PP's are not included in this FREE-With-Bet* offer. Customers can access PP's and other reports under "Handicapping" on our website.
*Please Note our FREE-With-Bet POLICY: Members receive complimentary past performances on every Thoroughbred track they wager on. The wagering requirement also applies for the FREE Insider Picks & Power Plays.
A NOTE ABOUT TRACK CANCELLATIONS: If you download a FREE-With-Bet product and the track cancels before the 4th race, your wagering account will not be charged for the product even if you did not wager. If the track cancels after the 4th race and you have not wagered, you will be charged. If you purchase a product with a credit card, no refunds are provided. All credit card purchases are final.
When I accessed a FREE-With-Bet product, my wagering account was immediately debited the product price and then refunded overnight. Why did this happen?
If, on a previous day, you accessed a FREE-With-Bet product but did NOT wager on the track / date and we were unable to successfully debit the product price from your wagering account after the day-end close of wagering (e.g. insufficient funds were available in your account at this time), then we will apply an upfront debit payment (from your wagering account) when you access a FREE-With-Bet product(s) next time. And, if / when you wager on the racecard(s) this time, we will then issue a refund of the product price to your wagering account after the day-end close of wagering (within 24 hours).
How can I access Past Performances and other handicapping information products?
The Full menu of handicapping products for ALL tracks and ALL dates (including tomorrow’s racing) can be accessed via the "handicapping" button on the top navigation bar, then selecting Handicapping Store.
You can access products two ways: You can use the date and track option using the calendar and the drop down list by track-then click on the product you want, or click on “select Product”, then click on the track/date you want. The later can be easier when looking for more than one track or date.
On the Mobile site, click the 3 lines in the upper left, then click the " + " next to racing. Click the " + " next to "Handicapping" and select "Handicapping Store".
I can't find a product I already downloaded for a specific date and track. Will I be charged twice if I access it again?
You do not need to repeat the purchase process. All recently purchased products will remain accessible without requiring another shopping cart checkout. Simply re-download the previously purchased product from the handicapping menu or via the Handicapping Tab > Purchase History. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact Player Services.
What happens if I got a past performance using the “free with bet” option and forgot to wager?
The morning following the date of the past performance card, the system will check if you wagered on it. If you did not:
- The system will try to take the funds from your account. If you do not have funds in your account, your account will be placed on probation.
- Once on probation, you will not have access to the free with bet option. You will need to purchase the products up front. Your account will stay in probation status until you purchase a past performance and wager on that card.
- The following day, the amount you paid for that past performance will be refunded and your account will again have the free with bet option.
