PROMOTION TERMS
Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by DK Horse. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by the Promotion Terms, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion. PROMOTION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The Bet Back Promotion is valid between 5/2/2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 5/2/2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the "Promotional Period"). Must be a Resident of a jurisdiction in which DK Horse operates. Must be 18+ years of age or older (21+ if a resident of IA/IN/WA).
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DK Horse Terms & Conditions, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) be a resident of a jurisdiction in which DK Horse operates and meet the minimum age requirements; (2) have a valid DK Horse account or signup for a new DK Horse account; (3) opt-in to the promotion prior to the start of the Eligible Race(s) (defined above); (4) Place a Win bet on a single horse in an Eligible Race(s) (“Qualifying Bet”) after opt-in. Your Qualifying Bet will be the first Win wager on an eligible race after opt-in.
BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon completion of a Qualifying Bet on an Eligible Race, customers will receive 100% of their stake back, up to $10, if their chosen horse finishes second or third (varies depending on number of Horses that run). The Promotion is ineligible on races where four (4) or less horses run. If five to seven (5-7) horses run, only second place finishes will be eligible for a reward. If eight (8) or more horses run, second place and third place finishes will be eligible for a reward. Bets must be placed prior to the start of your selected race. Maximum reward $10 per eligible race after opt-in. Customers may bet more than $10 but are only eligible to receive a $10 reward. $10 paid as withdrawable cash. Once the Qualifying Bet(s) have been settled, your account will be credited within 1 business day, or up to 3 calendar days if there are technical difficulties.
DEADHEAT RULES
Subject to the limitations regarding the number of horses running in an eligible race outlined above, in the event of a dead heat finish for first place in an Eligible Race, only Qualifying Bets on the third-place finisher will receive a reward. In the event of a dead heat finish for second place in an Eligible Race, only Qualifying Bets on the second-place finishers will receive a reward. In the event of a dead heat finish for third place in an Eligible Race, Qualifying Bets on the second-place finisher and both third-place finishers will receive a reward.
GENERAL TERMS
Limit one per DK Horse customer. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. See DK Horse Terms and Conditions for information and limitations on wagering. Excludes show and future wagers, canceled wagers and scratched runners (which will return the wager). Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at player.services@dkhorse.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds deposited in connection with this Promotion subject to DK Horse Terms and Conditions. All promotions are subject to the DK Horse Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards and participating in this Promotion, registered players agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. DK Horse account holders are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, or federal taxes. DK Horse is not liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards. DK Horse reserves the right to exclude certain registered players from this Promotion, as well as the right to withhold the bonus reward if there is reason to suspect that their actions are fraudulent or, at DK Horse's sole discretion, it is determined that their actions are in violation of DK Horse's Terms and Conditions. To be eligible for this Promotion, players must be eligible to wager on DK Horse and must be resident of a jurisdiction in which DK Horse operates. Any player who is found to be ineligible to play on DK Horse immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded.
