You can view your account balances and transaction histories in the DK Horse App or website, but not within the My Account DraftKings pages. Account balances are accessible via the "Balance" button on various platforms. A $0.00 balance may appear during early morning tote system updates when wagering is unavailable. Funds cannot be transferred between wagering accounts; contact Churchill Downs Affiliate Player Specialists for questions.

- You can check your account balances, deposit history, withdrawal history, transaction history, or wagering history through the DK Horse App or website.
- Please note, at this time, you cannot view your DK Horse transaction history on the My Account DraftKings pages.
Where can I find my account balance?
- Click the "Balance" button located at the top right of the Bet Now/main page.
- On the mobile site, tap the "Balance" button at the bottom right side of the page.
- In the App, tap the (≡) 3 bars on the left to see your balance.
Why does my account balance sometimes show $0.00?
You might see a $0.00 balance during early morning hours while our tote system updates from one day's activity to the next. Wagering isn't available during this time. Once the update is complete and wagering is open again, your balance will be visible.
Can I transfer funds between wagering accounts?
