DK Horse may charge a $5 or 5% monthly maintenance fee on accounts inactive for 12+ months, with fees not exceeding the account balance if $5 or less.
If an account is inactive for a period of twelve (12) months or more, DK Horse may charge a monthly account maintenance fee of $5.00 or five percent (5%) of the account balance, whichever is greater. If the balance in an inactive account is $5.00 or less, the account will be assessed the monthly account maintenance fee set forth in the preceding sentence, provided the charge will not exceed the available balance in the account.
